Before Celestino and his brothers began dominating the Italian restaurant scene in Los Angeles Arturo worked side by side with Celestino to bring the true culture of pasta to the Los Angeles. After 25 years of friendship and hard work Arturo still is at the heart of the Drago Empire directing all production of pastas at Dolce Forno bakery. It is with the passion and dedication of Arturo over the last quarter century that Drago became an Angelno's household name.
