Receiving a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from prestigious California Institute of the Arts, Monica Roache brings creativity and high-energy to Celestino Drago Catering & Special Events. As the Events Manager, Monica works closely with each client to ensure quality and expectations are exceeded.
With an extensive events background, Monica was the Operations & Events Manager for the Museum of Contemporary Art's (MOCA) Grand Avenue, Little Tokyo and West Hollywood locations for 10 years. She transitioned to producing national experiential events for the award-winning ad agency, Walton Isaacson, represnting Lexus and Meiomi Coastal California Wines, among others.
Working directly with Master Executive Chef Celestino Drago and Executive Catering Chef Fredy Escobar, Monica is dedictaed to creating and preserving relationships by providing clients impeccable service and award-winning culinary fare.
